Napoleon Bonaparte ，法国资产阶级政治家、军事家、法兰西第一帝国和百日王朝皇帝。他在1797年威震半个欧洲；1808年在沙俄帮助下打败瑞典，除英国仍与之作战外。已经征服整个欧洲国内，使整个欧洲的地图为之改动。
1796年经巴黎司令部保罗巴拉斯介绍娶了约瑟芬。约瑟芬的前夫在法国大革命时期被送上断头台处死。1809年因拿破仑怀疑约瑟芬不可以再生育而休妻。1810年拿破仑又与奥地利皇帝法兰西斯一世的女儿玛丽路易斯结婚。玛丽路易斯（1791-1874）成为拿破仑的第二位皇后，生有一子，即拿破仑二世。
拿破仑的才华不只表目前其军事谋略上，而且在情场上的感情与爱情谋略则更具一番情味。
